Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Supply Chain Management is understood as the management of upstream and downstream relationships. It starts with suppliers, moves through distributors and ends with the customers. The aim is to achieve greater customer value at less cost. The focus is on process as well as on the people performing and always looking through the customer eye.
Logistics.

It is understood in the first instance as planning, steering and control of all material flow. Based on SCM the goal is to start with logistics of purchased materials, going through production and ending with distribution logistics the processes in your enterprise shall be optimized against agreed targets. Right from the start the question of "make or buy" is considered the important one to be answered in order to determine the total cost of ownership.
Distribution.

The process for the finished goods shall be measured against the “availability to promise” and cost related to this. It is the firm belief that this is key to customer satisfaction and at the same time becoming more important for regulatory compliance (cGxP, FDA, WHO, IATA). The expertise encompasses the validation planning and execution as well as the network design.
Procurement.

Procurement is saving money and more. Techniques like Value and Price Analysis are mandatory but need to be accompanied by thorough understanding that procurement is also place for quality management for the company. Determine the success on compliance and customer satisfaction finally. Strategy

Based on St. Gallen School Strategic Network planning will serve as the Foundation to achieve the strategic Goals of the business as well as limiting business risk.

- Development and realization of „Supply Chain Integrity“ Project to secure global distribution of all cold chain related vaccines
- Design of global logistics for the distribution of pandemic vaccines including selection of logistic partners and contract management
